aaron paul- mANAGING PARTNER

Born and raised in Tyler, Aaron left Tyler in 1997 after graduating from Robert E. Lee High School to attend Texas Tech University. While at Texas Tech, he joined Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and earned a Bachelors in Marketing. Upon graduating, Aaron held positions in banking with Wells Fargo Financial as a Credit Analyst. Aaron moved to Chicago in 2007 and obtained a Real Estate License in Chicago, Illinois in 2009 during the market crash. Upon moving back to Tyler in 2013, he obtained his Texas Real Estate License and began working at Re/Max Tyler as a licensed assistant in 2015 . With a goal in mind to go full time real estate within 1 year he hit his goal. That's when his passion for all things real estate and building took off. Aaron specializes in real estate investment as well as working with buyers and sellers in the East Texas area. In 2016, Aaron built and sold his first two homes, which consisted of a small development project in South Tyler. In 2017 Aaron co-founded A&B Custom Homes. Since January of 2017, A&B Custom Homes has built over 65 homes. Aaron is a member of the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors, National and Texas Association of Realtors, Tyler Area Builder Association and Texas Association of Builders & the National Association of Home Builders. Aaron currently is on the executive board of Tyler Area Builder Association.

BEN REEL- DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Ben Reel is a fourth generation home builder and grew up on a construction site, with deep roots in the Tyler area. After graduating from Whitehouse High School in 2004, he received a degree in General Business in 2008 from Stephen F. Austin State University. He moved back to Tyler in 2011 and joined the family construction business, eventually co-founding A&B Custom Homes in 2017. He has a great eye for design thanks to years of working with his interior designer wife, and loves to help homeowners come up with creative solutions to build the home of their dreams.
